Devlog 2: New logo + game mode + win menu

Added King Of The Hill - Game mode! Get to the 'hill' and stay there to gain points.
Made a new logo! So much better, modelled in blender and rendered from low POV for maximum cool. Hopefully this will help it look more professional.
Added win system, get the target score to win! [Settable in play menu]
Changed some background stuff like starting new rounds don't reload the scene which removes audio glitch bug.
